How fast can it be deployed?
Same day for individual heights up to 20U. For a complete rack, 3 working days after delivery.

How do I get my IP addresses?
Colocation customers receive static IP addresses / subnets, you have to apply them to your server yourself.

What accessories should I bring?
Your server should already be configured and the following components are required:
– power cable
– network cable
– rails
If you don't have above components, we will supply you for a reasonable price on request. -
Is there an installation service?
For customers who cannot drive directly to our facilities, we will be happy to install the server(s).
The installation of the server(s) is included in the setup fee.
